Terms and Conditions
| a) | The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival. |
| b) | A set of laundry/towels will be provided (per booking). CLIENTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN TOWELS FOR USE IN POOL AREA. |
| c) | All breakage's, loss or damage to be reported and paid for by the renter. |
| d) | Theft by burglary or other reason are the responsibility of the renter. |
| e) | Electricity, gas and water are included in the price. |
| f) | We reserve the right to enter the apartment at our discretion. |
| g) | Renters must respect other occupiers and that the noise to kept to a minimum. |
| h) | The accommodation is available from 15.00 hours on the day of arrival and to be vacated by 11.00 hours on the day of departure. |
| i) | Pets are allowed at our discretion. |
| j) | Starter packs available on request i.e. tea coffee, milk etc. |
